EP Calculation Manual: Describes the detailed calculation of EP for the business unit(s). This becomes the template for the people managing the information system and creating financial reports.
Design Manual: Enables the company to trace the deliberations used to reach conclusions about methodology. This is useful if the company wants to revisit their definition of EP.
Application Manual: Enables the users of EP data to trace the relationship between their activities and EP. This can be used as a management or communications tool that evolves with the company's plans. |
