I stumbled onto some papers by Stephen Bainbridge and never looked back.<\/p>\n
Professor Bainbridge has just published a book on Sarbanes-Oxley. He says it’s aimed at the business person. I just ordered mine, so we’ll see. But as a business person who has read a number of his papers, I can assure you he’s a writer who cares about his audience.
