The distressed taxpayers, far from benefiting from their leaders&#8217; vision, have been left <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ij.org\/private_property\/connecticut\/6_18_08pr.html\">$78 million poorer<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the head of a utopian.
