Another possible title was &#8220;Defending Outrageous CEO Pay.&#8221;  Anyway, it appears in their special report on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/home\/2008\/05\/08\/competition-markets-sports-ent-competition08_cx_mn_mm_0508competition_land.html\">Competition<\/a>.
