This is from a Mayor who claims that &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.southbostoninfo.com\/sbmenino.html\">Boston is known internationally for our innovations in healthcare&#8230;<\/a>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I guess as long as the innovations are <strong>not<\/strong> done by the market place, which gets us to the nub of this Mayor&#8217;s puzzling stance:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Allowing retailers to make money off of sick people is wrong.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>You see, the city of Boston provides clinics.  He simply doesn&#8217;t want the competition.
